Meet Madeleine Seeley, M.A.

Madeleine Seeley approaches therapy through the lens of both clinical insight and spiritual attunement, believing that healing unfolds most powerfully when mind, body, and soul are honored as interconnected parts of the human experience. With a calm, grounded presence, she offers both comfort and empowerment to her clients.

Madeleine uses a person-centered, insight-oriented approach that incorporates mindfulness, somatic awareness, inner child work, and EMDR. By tailoring her approach to each individual’s unique needs, she helps clients explore what matters most to them, build emotional resilience, and deepen self-trust.

Special Focus on Highly Sensitive People

Madeleine also specializes in supporting Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) and those navigating emotional overwhelm, self-discovery, or spiritual growth. As an HSP herself, she has a particular passion for helping clients understand and honor their sensitivity as a strength rather than a limitation.

She brings a finely attuned awareness to the emotional and energetic dynamics within the therapeutic space, encouraging clients to explore their experiences with curiosity, compassion, and empowerment.

Therapeutic Philosophy

Madeleine believes that healing begins in spaces where authenticity is welcomed. By showing up as her genuine self, she invites clients to do the same—fostering trust, safety, and growth. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients on their healing journeys and to witness the profound resilience of the human spirit.

Personal Interests

In her free time, Madeleine enjoys surfing, rollerblading, hiking, playing pickleball, playing guitar, and spending time with loved ones.
