With that being said, she leans towards a person-centered humanistic lens, psychodynamic, and attachment-based, integrating mindfulness techniques for
holistic healing.

Sarah’s expertise encompasses supporting individuals and families dealing with PTSD, anxiety, depression, intergenerational trauma, and life transitions. Committed to providing culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care, Sarah creates a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients can explore their concerns and work toward positive change.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys listening to music, learning new things, and staying connected with her siblings through video chats. You can often find her baking her famous chocolate-chip banana bread or breaking a sweat at a Cycling class on the weekends.
