Lisa creates a safe space for you to get to know your feelings. Her hope for you is that you will develop a greater sense of self and be able to step into your purpose and passion with greater ease. She will teach you how to build courage to sit with the feelings that bring you discomfort and pain.
She walks the path with you until you come out the other side where you find love, acceptance, peace and serenity. This is called emotional clearing. With increasing support and a newfound intimate relationship with yourself, you will find the willingness to respond to your feelings differently creating closer and deeper relationships in your life.
Sessions with clients may include: mindfulness-based practices, talk therapy (including traditional Psychodynamic (symptoms that link to your childhood experiences), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions-Focused techniques, and family work.
