Soul 2 Soul Healing began in 2009 as a Health & Wellness company in New York City. As a Board Certified Health Coach, Lisa spent 12 years providing counseling services to those needing to find emotional and physical balance. Lisa felt the importance of diving deeper into their mental health and after 4 years of intense clinical training and licensing, Soul 2 Soul Healing emerged into becoming a psychotherapy practice applying Lisa’s 12 years of integrated approach to health (mental, emotional and physical) and overall well-being.
Lisa creates a safe space for you to get to know your feelings. Her hope for you is that you will develop a greater sense of self and be able to step into your purpose and passion with greater ease. She will teach you how to build courage to sit with the feelings that bring you discomfort and pain.
She walks the path with you until you come out the other side where you find love, acceptance, peace and serenity. This is called emotional healing. With increasing support and a newfound intimate relationship with yourself, you will find the willingness to respond to your feelings differently creating closer and deeper relationships in your life.
Sessions with clients may include: mindfulness-based practices, talk therapy (including traditional Psychodynamic (symptoms that link to your childhood experiences), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions-Focused techniques, focus on 12-Step Recovery values and principals and family work.
